On Sunday, the Bangladesh government launched a special hotline number where Rohingya refugees from camps can complain against any crime without revealing their identity said Armed Police Battalion 14 commander Naimul Haque.
He said, “Camp dwellers were asked to inform the law enforcers about criminals or criminal activities through the hotline.”
Mohibullah’s family accused ARSA members of the murder. Mohibullah’s brother, Habibullah, filed a complaint against the group at the Ukhiya police station.
Meanwhile many videos regarding Mohibullah’s assassination is surfing on the internet and Bangladesh Police said they were investigating the source of the ARSA video. The Additional Police Superintendent in Cox’s Bazar said, “We are collecting all the video and audio messages that spread among the Rohingya in various ways since Muhibullah’s murder.”
