Buthidaung- At least 13 people were arrested from Kyan Taung and Gu Fi in Buthidaung and reportedly tortured.
On Monday, at around 3am, Hlun Htein forces entered the two villages and made the arrests. The reasons for the arrests were not disclosed.
The arrested men have been taken to the local police camp where they are possibly being tortured.
Many arrested Rohingyas continue to face custodial torture. In the last few years, many have died following torture, while many more have been maimed.
