On December 7, Rashid, expatriate in Malaysia, said that his wife and three children left Nayapara camp for Malaysia by sea at the end of November.
Rashid said, “On Wednesday (December 7) my wife Satara called me over a phone and said me that their boat is about to drowning at sea near India. My wife asked me to pray for them and try to rescue them by anyway.”
He further said by citing his wife that about 170 people are in boat. The boat has been mechanically affected from storm and floating at sea near India without food and water. “They are in need of urgent rescue,” he said.
It is also known that there is a satellite phone with the phone number +8821644413972 on the boat.
The relatives of the people on boat are highly worried with the live of stranded people at sea. They like to urge the concern authorities to take necessary steps to rescue the stranded people.
