On Friday, The Indian Supreme Court has issued a notice seeking a reply from the Central and State Governments on the PIL field for identifying and repatriating Rohingya and Bangladeshis living in India.
Ashwani Upadhyay, a lawyer and BJP leader, who has submitted the petition, has said in an interview by Aaj Tak channel that they had already sent two notices to the Supreme court, one for Population Control and another is on Rohingya.
Mr Upadhyay said, there are 500,000 illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya migrants living in India. They are consuming India’s water, inhaling air, seizing Indian land and also their job opportunities.
In order to get rid of these illegal immigrants who came to India willingly who has abundant supplies back in their homeland, they should be “Detect, Detain and Deport” immediately.
The upcoming hearing is on 18th March and Advocate Upadhyay believes his country will act immediately to sort out and get rid of these illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants as he believes “Corruption and Population explosion” is the main motto of these migrants which is harmful to the current state of India.
