Buthidaung- A Rohingya man was arrested by Hlun Htein in Zar Di Taung, Buthidaung.
On Thursday afternoon, six Hlun Htein personal entered Shaltu para and arrested Fazal, s/o Md Rafique.
The security personal did not give any reason for the arrest.
Many arrested by security personal are severely tortured in custody leading to hundreds of death, especially in recent years.
