On Sunday at the Secretariat the Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan said that the Myanmar military’s firing and casualties on the border will be raised in the United Nations.
On this day, Dhaka has expressed its strong dissatisfaction with the incidents of Myanmar’s ammunition and attacks on the Bangladesh border one after the other. Bangladesh strongly protested by summoning U Aung Kyaw Mo, the ambassador of the country appointed in Dhaka on Sunday. In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has asked for an explanation of these incidents.
He also said, “Strong protest has already been done through BGB and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But we want a peaceful solution through discussion. Even then, if the firing on the border does not stop, the matter will be raised in the United Nations.”
