July 30th has been designated by the United Nations as World Day against Trafficking in Persons. While concise data remains elusive on figures around the world, many communities around the world are working together to stop this transnational crime as it continues to evolve.
Rohingya Khobor and The Common Good Foundation has produced this report to highlight the pressing issues relating to human trafficking which affect the Rohingya people within Burma. Thanks to our dedicated field researchers, we have been able to discuss the issue directly with victims and survivors of trafficking.
