Malaysia fended off a new human trafficker’s boat

On Thursday, Malaysia turned away a boat carrying 300 Rohingya. The boat was in the sea for three months according to the Malaysian coast guard.

However, Malaysia has allowed an earlier boat that arrived on June 9 which had 269 Rohingya survivors. Many Rohingya lost their lives in these dangerous voyages and countless girls and women were abused and raped while on board.
