1. In response to the kind invitation of His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani,
Emir of the State of Qatar, the Twenty-fifth Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign
Ministers (The Session for Better Future for the Peoples of the Islamic Ummah), convened
in Doha, State of Qatar from 17 to 19 Dhul Qaadah, 1418H (15-17 March 1998).
