It was found out that Rohingyas were ancient settlers of Indo-Aryan descendent converted to lslam in 8th century A.D & new generation of mixed blood. Although they were war victims, slaves and farmers, they had settled down before 1823 A.D. It was obvious that they were not comers under British Age. In ancient time the Rakhine State was called as Rohang and the people in Rohang were called as Rohingyas so that Rohingya was a name of an ethnic group only occurred under historic event. Therefore, Rohingya was not created under politics and not the same as Mujarhids armed organization.

Although Rohingya’s spoken dialect are not the same as Rakhine’s spoken words, it ought to be taken care of the fact that their word; are the same as ancient Waithali ( Vesali ) words. The culture is the same too. Although the culture and religion of a race could be disappeared by overwhelming of a strong group through successful war or by any means, its historical events could not be disappeared. Such fact was proved by world political histories. Now, some persons are making accusation upon Rohingyas who are residing within Rakhine State as an ethnic group and citizens as illegal intruders by mean of concealing the real events and agitate to send to third country by means of writing papers and retrospective effect. Therefore, we hereby compile and submit this monograph with the intention to be considered and viewed upon such historical events in accordance with international standards and norms, and in order to know about the real facts that Rohingyas are regional Islamic, ethnic group and citizens in Rakhine State.
