Today at 12:30 p.m. a teenage refugee boy got was seriously injured who was hit by a TomTom (a three-wheeler) at Nayapara refugee camp. Shofi Alam, who was an eyewitness stated that ” A TomTom hit the boy and another TomTom went over his head while the boy was returning home from school. The victim’s skull was fractured. The passers-by took the boy to a camp hospital. After primary examination, the doctor referred to take the victim immediately to Cox’s Bazar Medical to improve treatment.” The victim is identified as Rani Alam (15) son of Mohammed Ayoub, resides from Block B, Nayapara registered refugee camp.
