Today, a riot broke out between two Rohingya groups at Kutupalong Refugee camp resulting in killing at least two individuals.
The deceased are identified as Imam Sharif (37) from Block D-3, Camp-2 (East) and Shamsul Alam (30) of the same block of Camp A in Kutupalong under Ukhiya police station. Also, many people were injured in the feud and amongst them, Salim Ullah (27), Sadek Ullah and an unidentified refugee were admitted to the local MSF hospital.
The incident followed by a clash this morning between block D and block E of the respected camp over establishing supremacy.
