“There is no time limitation at their ceasefire so it will not much impact on Rohingya on the ground. May be people will get a little less restriction on movement. The prices of goods and materials will reduce now due to ceasefire, ” said Zarni Soe, a Rohingya Youth activist.
Later the matter was confirmed by the spokesperson of AA. “They have agreed to ceasefire with the Military to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Arakan State. In order to solve the current problems of the people of the Arakan. It’s an informal agreement on humanitarian affairs. Whether it will last or not, it depends on Military, ” he added.
