Yesterday, Bangladesh Police arrested a Rohingya man with Yaba tablets from the Biman Bandar railway station, Dhaka.
The Drug peddler, Shukkur Rahman (24) used to live in a Rohingya refugee camp in Cox’s Bazar.
Sub-Inspector of airport station railway police, Aminul Islam said, “He (Rahman) alighted from the train at the station in the morning. On suspicion, we searched him and found 1,150 pieces of Yaba tablets in his possession.”
The paddler was taken to the police station where he was charged with a drug peddling case.
