On Sunday (13 November) The State Minister of Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam sought the continued cooperation and support of Saudi Arabia for a quick and sustainable solution to the Rohingya crisis.
He made this statement while he met Saudi Deputy Home Minister, Nasser Bin Abdul Aziz Al Dawood at a hotel in the capital on Sunday (November 13).
This information was informed in a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the meeting, the State Minister informed the Saudi Deputy Interior Minister about the situation arising out of the forcibly displaced Myanmar nationals currently taking refuge in Bangladesh.
They also underscored the need to work together in all areas of cooperation for the mutual benefit of the two countries.
