APBN police have arrested a Rohingya along with a local with illegal weapons and Yaba. It is learned that they were arrested in a raid at Ukhia 2 / East Camp around 4:30 am on Friday.
APBN-14 Commander Naimul Haque said the raid was carried out at the residence of Rohingya Rafiq (20) in sub-block B / W / 6 of Kutupalong 2 / East Camp in Ukhia. During the operation, a homemade firearm and 400 pieces of Yaba tablets were recovered from the rice drum of the house of Rafiq, 20, son of Monir Ahmed.
Md. Jalil (45), was also arrested from the same house. APBN officials said they seized 300 Yaba tablets from him.
The arrested have been handed over to the Ukhiya police station with legal action against them.
