On Thursday, 1st September, 2022, a 90 minutes webinar is going to presented by Diplomacy Training Program to have an in depth knowledge and understanding of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).
The UN CRC Committee aims to ensure respect for the views of the child and called for the amendment of the Family Law Act of 1975 to provide all children. It also supports independent children’s lawyers so that the child could have direct contact with the lawyer in the family court.
The following webinar is affiliated with The University of New South Wales (UNSW) where Professor Liefaard and Professor Kilkelly will be speakers and they will discuss about approaches to children’s access to justice at the international level along with advancing children’s rights in detention to comment on best practice overseas.
