Rakhine region: Today since early morning a fierce shelling between Arakan Army (AA) and military council took place near Guda Pyin a Rohingya village in Buthidaung that forced more than 4,500 Rohingyas including Rakhine to flee the war.
The Myanmar military is continuously firing heavy weapons, where the AA shell hit and burned a Rohingya house, according to local residents.
The locals said that the military stationed in Guda Pyin village tract of Taung Yuwar while AA members took position at mountain.
“The well designed clash between AA and junta government at Rohingya villages created panic and forcing Rohingyas to flee the village,” a Rohingya said and added more that both armed forces made the Rohingya villages as their battle field according to their preplan with the intent of eliminating remaining Rohingyas from Arakan.
