UK Member of Parliament Rushanara Ali visits Rohingya camp in Cox’s Bazar

On Monday (30 January) UK member of parliament, Rushanara Ali, visited UK supported program as well as Rohingya traditional cultural preservation center. In addition, she held discussion with refugees in Ukhiya refugee camp.

She called upon the concerned authorities to improve the education and livelihood of refugees and noted that “There is an urgent need to reconsider the British government’s decision to cut aid to 1 million refugees.”
