The government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has agreed to the appointment proposal of Mr Agostinho Andre De Carvalho Fernades as an Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Angola to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
In 1989, Mr Agostinho Andre de Carvalho Fernades has joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Angola.
From 1995 to 2013, he served as commercial representative of Angola in the United States and member countries of NAFTA, Mexico, Canada, China and member countries of ASEAN.
He has served in various capacities at home and abroad.
