According to video footage posted in social media today, two boats carrying hundreds of Rohingya refugees are floating on a boat in the ocean near Thailand and Myanmar border with no food and water due to engine damage.

At least 10 Rohingya have died, and many more people are likely to die due to lack of food and water, and they need urgent rescue.
