Today at around 1:30 pm a refugee infant got seriously hurt in a motorbike of APBn in Nayapara registered refugee camp.

The child has been identified as Md Alam (5) son of Md Salim, Shed 907, room-03 MRC No-51616, Block E of Nayapara registered camp, under Teknaf police station of Cox’sbazar.

A passer-by told Rohingya Khobor that a motorcycle with two APBn riders came in full speed recklessly over a crowded pavement where the bike went over a refugee infant whose head, eyes and belly were seriously injured.

“In the meantime, the nearby refugees rushed the infant to the camp hospital in critical condition. Seeing the injury, the duty doctor referred him to Teknaf health complex for better treatment”, another refugee said.

The general refugees are highly worried about these irresponsible drivers.
