APBn recovers two Malaysia trafficking Rohingya victims from Lengur Bil of Teknaf

On December 11 around 00:30 am, the Armed Police Battalion (APBn) recovered two Rohingya men from Lengur Bil of Teknaf while they were stationed for trafficking to Malaysia.

The recovered victims are Azim Ullah (40), son of Kala Mia, Block-A/4, FCN-284568, Camp-19, and Majim Uddin (19), son of Nurul Amin, Block-A/4, FCN-284534, Camp-19 in Ukhia, of Cox’s Bazar.

According to APBn officials, upon receiving information that some traffickers gathered some people for trafficking to Malaysia by sea route, the APBn forces accompanied by Mr. Md. Main Uddin (Additional Superintendent of Police), BN Sadar officers, under the command of the Honorable Captain (Additional DIG) quickly arrived at the scene of human trafficking victim and rescued two Rohingya victims brought for trafficking to Malaysia.
